Master Deenanath Mangeshkar College was established in 1971 by Shardopasak Shikshan Sanstha at Aurad Shahajani, Latur, Maharashtra. The college was named after Master Deenanath Mangeshkar, the father of Ex-Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shankarrao Chavan, and was inaugurated by Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar. Moreover, it is approved by the Government of Maharashtra.
The college offers BA, B.Com, BCA, and M.Sc SE programmes under its three academic departments. All the Master Deenanath Mangeshkar College courses are affiliated with Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
